some of you are aware that I use speech recognition software in my writing. It began when I had to find a way of continuing to write reports at work even though, due to illness, my situation levels were poor. but it has carried on from there and I also use it when writing fiction. it works very well as a form of brainstorming. I can talk for five minutes or so and end up with 500 to 600 words which I can then work on, thus helping me to get ideas down on paper quickly.

I currently use version 9 the software and have been considering upgrading to version 10. Does anyone else out there use this software either for business or for personal use? And if so which version do you use? The other question I would ask is which headset do you use as I'd like to upgrade that as well but i don't want to make an expensive mistake.
