A little suggestion about the Who's Chatting box. I think it should be above the Who's online box. Having higher on the page might get more people to visit the chat room.

I disagree. The chat is one of the least important parts of this site if you look at it content-wise. Therefore, it's much more important to see who's currently online than to see who's in the chat room.
So until someone proves me otherwise, the box ordering stays.

An interesting idea... trouble is that by the time most people read it it would be long out of date.
I tend to go by the Who's online monitor. If someone is listed and I'm not too busy I'll load the chat to see if they come in.

Well, now you have a "Who's chatting" box which will show active users in the chat. I suppose that would cover that issue.
