A Useful Resource

I stumbled across this blog a few weeks ago. It is a blog about proper usage of the English language, or grammar.

I know most people find grammar to be utterly dull and a chore to learn, but I find this blog rather entertaining. A retired English teacher from a southern state writes the blog. Her explanations are folksy, fun, and she keeps them short, understandable and with plenty of examples.

Not every grammar rule is there, as it is a blog she updates, but there are 43 entries that will help you with your writing.

I've already taken a peek at the site and bookmarked it. I've started a file of bookmarks that deal with writing, especially for online. I already had an online dictionary and a very useful link on html tags that Melkior gave me on SIYE. I didn't know that SIYE had that information and I found it very useful. I'm sorry but I don't know how to do the link here for anyone else who might be interested.
